A/C same thing blowing hot air

I called Honda Corporation and was given a case
number waited 1 week for them to call me back
and one of their manger did, got a “no answer for
them to even pay half of the cost. I don’t know what
else to do at this point, I was upset and
disappointed, will never get Honda again, have told
my friends, co worker and family not to buy any
Honda vehicle told them what I went through.
