Help with running issue?

1992 Honda Accord LX.  automatic. car chugs at idling, almost like its not firing exactly
right, but when i take off, it runs smooth.  have changed fuel filter, tune up, injectors, fuel
pressure regulator, PCV valve, changed EGR valve.. nothing works.

Also check that the timing belt isn't off a tooth, was the belt recently replaced or is it beyond recommended replacement mileage, if so it could be stretched causing a fluctuation in the timing, ie rough idle.

Timing belt was replaced 2 years ago, it has maybe 38k on it right now. I have looked for vacuum leaks and not found any as of yet.

You can take carb cleaner with car running and spray around to find vacume leak,s.
