2000 ford explorer 5.0 liter v8

When the vehicle is idling it spuders then when in
drive it spuders until u get over about 50 if the
engine isn't warm. Going up hill it gets worse. We
have changed the coils packs but it hasn't fixed the
problem any suggestions??

How many miles since your last plug and wire change? You can check for proper resistance on the plug wires with an ohm meter before purchasing them. If you find it is the fault of the wires, I suggest motorcraft wires. Fords are finicky in this area. Check components before throwing parts at it.
