Question type: Maintenance & Repair

When my audi is at an idle it revs up but
goes back down and I can't pull out in
front of anyone because it don't seem to
want to go on the start but as I get going
things are fine until I hit a hill and I lose
speed. It also don't get all its rpms. Could
this be a turbo problem or something
else?

its possible that it could be a turbo issue if you are over 150,000 km there is a higher possibility that it could be the turbo. Check the spindle if you can if its loose or rattly when you throtle it, it needs a rebuild. is there any warning lamps on ? maybe a scan would be beneficial at this point. Some speciality shops can do it for free that deal with audi's and vw's only.
