94 Honda Civic

While driving my 94 Honda Civic everything seems
to be going well, but suddenly my Honda starts to
jerk, slow down as if its chocking. I'll press on the
gas but car wouldn't move pass 5mph. I'll let it sit
for a 1hour to cool down and try to drive it again
and it works perfectly fine. Does any know what's
causing this problem? Or what and were I should
go to get it fix

Sounds like a partially clogged catatlic converter. Do this test at night start vehicle and let idle for about 10-15 minutes open hood and look at manifold then look under vehicle at the converter if any one starts to glow red either manifold or converter is clogged.
