Hard to say, but you could probably get away with an improved exhaust system and cold air intake, for starters. Without spending too much money, those will get you a few horsepower and a different exhaust note. Might suggest googling "Honda accord performance" or something similar, as I know some guys go as far as to swap in acura engines, etc.
