94 honda oil in block around spark plugs

i have a 94 honda ive been having trouble with today, just pulled my spark plugs, is there
suppose to be oil in block around valve cover also where spark plugs are located???
please help thank you

Tennisshoes is right. You will need an upper end set of gaskets. Depending on your engine it will just be a set of valve cover gaskets that come with O-ring gaskets as well or possibly a cold air intake & valve set.
