K15 Died while driving, then no power at all.

Hey folks,
I have a '75 GMC K15 that I drive daily, well the other day while driving home, it just died, and I have ZERO power.  Battery reads 13v, so it is fine... I checked all the fuses and relays that I can find, nothing.  I am sitting here scratching my head any help w/b greatly appreciated.
