1995 honda accord EX wont crank over.turns on but wont crank

when you turn key to try and start car .power,to dash and everything is on .go to
sart NO CRANK ? THERES NOTHING WHY?

make sure batt is charged and terminals are tight , could be a bad starter see if the solenoid gets power when you hit the key .
