I bought this Accord, " one owner" and
had not been driven for a while it seems as
if I need to replace a bunch of things where
do I begin?

Start by changing all fluids and filters, clean engine sensors like MAF or MAP (in fact just clean the entire throttle body), check for proper maintenance at specific service intervals like timing chains, transmission filters. If it runs rough or is getting bad gas mileage a tune up wouldn't hurt.
