1995 Honda Accord brake problems

My 95 Honda Accord ex brakes are spongy
when the engine is running no brakes at all
barely any ebrake. When the car is not
running the brakes firm up after stepping on
the brake pedal once. When the engine is
started the spongyness returns. Is this due
to air in the lines?  How do I bleed them if
the bleeder is stripped?? Thanks

Definitely sounds like air in the lines. If you haven’t done any recent brake work, then there is probably a leak. Have someone pump the pedal for you while it’s running and look at the backside of each wheel and along the brake lines.
