My Hyundai elantra 2009 model audio does not start in cold weather

My Hyundai Elantra 2009 model audio does not start in cold weather,and work
in hot weather,what should I do that it can work in all weather condition?

I am assuming you do not mean the car stereo. Please describe what happens and what does not happen when you try to start it. Also what do you call cold?

First of all Thanks for the reply Audio means total car player is not working,USB or FM anything .Also it is not get on if you push on/off button there is no impact. In cold weather generally in winter it does not on but in summer it works fine.In summer also morning it doesn't work but after some time means around 10 or 11 AM depend upon temperature it start working I don't understand why this happening.
