Fixing noise on Subaru Outback 2.5l?

Asked by Thomasalbani Apr 04, 2022 at 04:51 AM about the 2016 Subaru Outback 2.5i Touring

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I bought a used Subaru Outback 2.5l from an auto dealer about 5 months ago.
However, after about 5,000 miles, the tire was noisy and the feeling of skidding
became more and more obvious. Please ask if changing tires can fix this
situation, if possible, which tires should be replaced. Thank you.

I recommend changing tires every 5 or 6 years on passenger cars. They become brittle from the weather and you'll be a lot safer on the road. I've found that new tires give a smoother and quieter ride.
