How to replace bulb on dashboard and what kind of bulb is it?

Light bulb behind speedometer is out , how do i replace the bulb? where can i get a bulb from?

Do i need to remove the entire dashboard to do this ?

It takes so much to replace a bulb. Best if a mechanic does it or a body shop. Im a certified mechanic and had a very difficult time replacing mine. Lets put it this way. THere was not a place that hadnt been explored by the time i got down.
