No lights, no power, new battery, new ignition lock cylinder

Somebody robbed my car and my key got
stick in the ignition. I have replaced the whole
ignition and lock cylinder. I have a brand new
charged battery. I have no idea why it won't
start until less the alarm has locked it up
because when I tried to jump it (before it
didn't turn out. Or no lights) the horn was
going off. I've looked where to disable the
alarm and tried it all but still nothing. I have
one key to the doors ( the one I got out of the
old ignition) and a new one to the ignition
that came with it. I've never had a key fob.
Tell me why it won't light up run or sound.
