I have 195/65/r14s on my accord now but I
wanna put 190/50/r15 will they  fit on there

They will fit as long as the wheel bolt pattern are the same on new wheel but y will have a rougher ride due to the smaller thickness on the tire and speedometer will probably be off due to the different oveall diameter.
