If your Honda has either the 3.0 liter or 3.2 liter engine, it is an interference engine. This means the pistons can hit the valves if it was not retimed properly after belt replacement. So if you have this engine, do not force it to turn over with the starter or with a wrench until it's right. But, if it's timed correctly, you may just have a low battery. Also, when turning an engine with a wrench, turn only in the normal direction of rotation so the belt does not "jump" timing.
