my blinkers don't work on my 1999 Honda Passport

My blinkers on my 1999 honda passport don't work.  Not sure why.  What
should I check?

bulbs, fuse, ground and then the flasher relay do the emergency lights work when you push the button?

Wiring in the steering wheel column are not connecting to the switch it just needs to be replaced if you checked everything else like fuses, bulbs, and relays. I have an issue with my head lights and still have yet to find the correct part. Hell I cant find most parts
