I have a cc as and the windows just go a little bit down and to seal tighter when
i shut the doors, since the car has frameless windows. But does it work when
the temperature is -30 degrees and there is snow all over the car ?

It is suppose to however, if it was wet snow that froze solid, it can prevent the window movement. I had a 2008 EOS and there were times where ice prevented the window from moving.
If ice does prevent window movement, you must be very careful when closing the doors. They will open just fine. When closing, you can gently push the window inward at the top and carefully close the door.
In winter, when the windows are frozen, it is advisable to use a "de-icer" spray before opening the doors. It can be found in gas stations or shops. I mean windows without a frame. The motor that raises and lowers the windows has a certain response force and will not damage anything in case the window is blocked (this is a safety measure as well) but, over time, if it is repeatedly forced it is possible that certain gears will he has to suffer. There may also be gaps at closing (the glass climbs 2-3 millimeters below the top) and must be corrected with the diagnoze tester. So, spray it on the edge of the pickers and wait a few minutes to thaw / melt the ice in the contact area of the glass with the gasket.
