Car won't start

99 Honda Civic turn key over won't start doesn't even crank
won't  do anything when I try to start with a charger either
,only push starting it worked when I pop the clutch  .it did
not do this before

either poor connections need to be cleaned at battery terminals or at starter or ground or starter is bad or starter relay is not working.

I have the same car and this happened to me it was the starter. It was dirty on the inside and I cleaned it installed it and it was back to running but it would be better to buy a new starter.
