rpms the gas just quits the car is still on and
everything but the gas and when I slow down to

Could be a fuel regulator, or fuel pump. Some fuel pressure test would need to be done to determine which one or if any are bad. If the check engine light is on have the vehicle scanned for trouble codes.

Alright I'll look into it thank you for your feedback
