buying need info
Need to now how many more miles can I get
out of a 1999 Honda accord with 240000
miles it's used my neighbor is selling it for
300 and I need to know if it's a good deal or
if I'm going to half to do engine work

Could go any minute!!....or not! Good thing most asian cars have laws they create lots of surplus low mileage engines availsble and cheap....so...if u LIKE the car sounds like good deal n if it goes easy to swap long block as youll probably need your original emissions syatem for replacement engine....on the other hand....if u run as is....change oil n no more then 2000 mile intrrvals after that n add oil viscosity improver like STP but much better ones out there....EVERY oil change n posdible to get another 200K from it but u never know....if not smoking bearing failure would go 1st m reason for frequent oil changes with additive!
