Overheating 99 honda accord

I have a 99 honda accord its overheating i replaced
the thermostat checked for leaks put new coolant  
in checked the oil for any milky mixture it was good
but its still  overheating makes a wining noise and
the check engine light has now came on what do i
do now??

Start by reading code, check cooling fans, if normal, check water pump. When cold, remove radiator cap and start car, after it's reached normal running temperature, check for coolant circulation in radiator. If you don't see coolant circulating, replace pump.
