how do I get the key out of the locked position on 1999 honda passport

all the way to the start position....with the parking brake set and in P....off down past the ACC and finally off...the key will not budge...pushin and pullin it?

...okay just searched the web and no one knows nuthin' of course you are aware about the steering wheel lock and if parked with the wheels exerting any torsional load will cause the ignition switch to jam~

on the GM steering column.....there's a 2mm hole in the 7 o'clock position where you can take a small screwdriver to pull the ignition lock out altogether~....not sure if the passport is using this modem~

so twist and pull and scare your friend....like it says on the bendy skeleton package~ jiggly jiggin it back and forth will release the key....I'm certain there's torsional load from the steering mechanism causing the thing to jam~
