I was replacing the radio and I shorted the wires
for the radio and now the car won't start the
windows won't roll down the windshield wipers
dont work headlights do but there are no blown
fuses any ideas on what it is

Hmmm, a valuable lesson as to why you should ALWAYS disconnect the battery when working on anything within the electrical system. Try disconnecting and reconnecting the battery. It may or may not work, but it is worth a try.
