help with 2000 Honda Accord

I'm thinking of buying a 2000 Honda Accord. There
selling for $600, it has about 215xxx miles, I need
help deciding if I should buy it, 3 of the windows
won't move at all, and they speedometer doesn't
work and one door lock doesn't work and needs
paint job, so do you think it would be worth it?

Not to long just long enough so save up for a newer car, the car runs fine and i get it cheap because the guy desperately needs money
