Accord constantly makes a blinker noise/ blinkers dont work

The blinkers is my accord stopped working and
since then the car constantly makes the blinker
noise. the hazards still work, just the blinkers no
work. its really annoying bc the noise is driving
me insane and i really just wanna drive the car
off a cliff. anyone know how i can make it shut
up without breaking the car? thanks! love you all

The blinkers work through a relay... Yours is broken. It's stuck "on" and constantly making the click sound. But it isn't allowing current to go to the turn signals. Just replace the relay.
