A pic would help to see what you are talking about. You are talking about the seprentine belt tensioner bolt, and it snapped off in the engine block? Meaning you can't re-install the bolt because the broken off piece is still in the block? If that's the case, you need to try and remove it with a bolt extractor, even if that means removing the radiator and core support to give you room. And HOPEFULLY a bolt extractor does the trick, if not, you'll have to resort to more drastic measures - like welding a nut to the remaining exposed end in order to get a grip on it, or slagging it out with a torch. In any case, you're not going to have fun with this.

I just fixed mine, take the smaller pulley off and remove 3 bolts from the bracket where the tensioner pulley goes. There will be a metal plate with an loop for an engine hoist, it comes out between the bracket and the block. From there you can move the bracket out away from the block turning to your left, it will pivot your alternator also. You should be able to see the remainder of the broke bolt in your block. Be very careful and use some WD-40 or something similar and a pair of channel locks and remove the remnants.

Also remember to remove your windshield washer reservoir. You will need the room. If you have to unbolt the fuse box on the passenger fender to get it out make sure you unhook your battery before doing so!
