I just recently bought a used Honda
Passport 2001. There was a newer engine
and transmission placed in it. But the check
engine light the check transmission light
and the brake light and the oil light all of
those lights on the dash are blinking is it
possibly just a fuse please help

My guess is the engine and transmission are incorrect/incompatible with the car. Maybe, just maybe if you can get the correct ECU things might work correctly.

Did they actually claim this kludge passed smog check? I would contact your states auto repair agency and complain as there is no way in hell that this would be smog legal in any state.
