My car Won't start after being driven ' what can I do ?

My 2001 Ford taurus won't start. I've driven it yesterday  
and when I parked to go into the store I came out and it
just wont start. I have power inside the car , wen I turn the
key it beeps as would any car but it aint even trying to
start . Tried getting a jump and still nothing ..what. an i do ?
