Will coolant droplets that spilled hurt my car

I was adding coolant to my radiator reservoir and
accidental got a few drops onto one of the panels
below my radiator reservoir. Will that do any
damage to my car?

No, it is not caustic short term. The first time you drive the car, the heat from the engine will evaporate it.
