Doh! Drain the gas tank and put fresh gasoline in it. Charge up the battery and it should start up.

You need to fully flush the fuel system. The diesel fuel is more of an oil and the fuel filter will clog as well as other components such as the injectors. You may have to drop the gas tank and drain that as well.
