AC/Heater Issue Help?

I have a 2002 Honda Civic, my ac and my heat is not working. I have replaced
the relays and the fuses, still nothing. It seems as if there is no power to the
system at all and I am not sure where to start looking.

Are you saying the blower does not work? I would use a multi meter to check for power at the blower. The blower could be bad or maybe even the blower motor resistor.
