power steering

I have a Honda accord 2002 mk6 vetch having replaced power steering pumps several times and brand new steering rack and pressure switch and steering column and lower ball joints still have heavy steering when turning wheel can anybody help as after doing all that problem still there

May need to install after-market parts as Honda did recalls on this issue but its my understanding the recall did not go back to 2002 models. A after-market supplier may be you only option as Honda is or was still selling the bad pumps before the new pumps will be put up for sale even at dealerships unless it was a recall or a brand new car. I Like Honda but am dissatisfied with them as they still will not admit their pumps were bad design.
