I have a 2016 Nissan rogue, and the a/c is working when is turned off. Any suggestions on how to fix it?

The AC cannot work with the engine off. If the fan keeps blowing then it might be a problem with the switch. Since you have a warranty I recommend you use it.

if you mean that the air is cold compared to ambient and the AC light is NOT on, that seems to be how nissan engineered this. the only way i've found to turn off the AC was to press the AC button (AC light illuminages), then press AC button again (AC light turns off).
