HOW DO YOU CHECK THE TRANSMISSION FLUID ON A 2003 MANUAL TRANSMISSION HONDA?

Seems lame, but it is on the side of the transmission. You have to take the fill plug (bolt) out, and feel for fluid with you finger. If nothing, add only Honda manual trans.fluid until it drips out. Let it drip until it stops. Then reinsert and tighten the fill plug. With all the great engineering Honda has done, this was not one of their finer moments.
