how do i remove all of the moisture from the sealed head light assemble on a 2003 accord ex. the lights are not bright at nite at all. ??

theres a few things to do before you buy new head light assys. none of them are easy...you can unbolt the head light stick it in the oven for 5 mins at 350 and pry the clear plastic piece apart from the gray piece get new silicone and reseal it. or you can take the smallest drill bit you can find and drill a tiny hole in the bottom of the lens, this is illegal but inspectors hardly ever look for a pinhole in a headlight assembly..but they do look for condensation in the headlight though
