can I replace my 195-60-15 tire with 195-65-15 on my 04 civic ex

I see no problem. The 195-65/15 tires will be slightly taller.

195 65 15 WILL BE 0.975 CM HIGHER THAN 195 60 15 IT WILL WORK BUT WILL AFFECT THE READING OF SPEEDOMETER LIKE IF SPEEDO METER SHOWS 60 KM/HR IN REALITY THE CAR WILL BE AT 62.5 KM/HR
