A leak in a Honda Civic EX

I have already replaced the lower radiator hose and I have replaced the
thermostat. I also had to replace the coolant reservoir due to it having a huge
hole towards the bottom of it. Now, I was on the hwy and I looked down to
see my car was running very hot. Once it cooled, I put refilled it but it
continued to leak water but the leak is towards the rear of the engine, this
time. What could cause a leak as i've discribed?

Have the cooling system pressure tested and then determine what needs to be fixed. Don't have any work done without a written estimate and then you can decide for yourself if it needs to be repaired or sold depending on the estimate and the value of the vehicle.
