The computer may need to be reset, disconnect the battery from the car for 10 mins, reinstall, this may help...

Fuse #5 10amp red with the dog ear slides out if you pull it. This is the dealer fuse to prevent drain on the battery when it sits and yours is blown happens everytime I jump start my car I normally use the #6 rear defroster as a spare until I can get a fuse.

Thank you Jim for your VERY helpful answer. I had the same issue, suddenly the radio, dome, locks, trunk and remote all went out. I checked the main fuses, pulled everyone of them out and still didn't find the issue. Had the battery disconnected to see if that was the problem by resetting the computer, that didn't work either. But your solution (and the only fuse I didn't think to try) was it. Yes, I had given some poor soul a jump the day this all happened and didn't put two and two together till I read your solution. Yeah I have my car radio and remotes and dome and trunk button all working again!
