Car not starting

I have a 2001 Dodge Neon SE and I keep
getting the reading no bus and my digital
odometer. At first my car would run for 10 to
20 seconds then it would die. Now it won't
even turn over like it's dead but there's a lot
of power. What do you suggest?

Check asd relay. You can swap relays. Change with one like for a/c. And see if odometer comes back. If not. You need a computer
