I can only comment the Federal Govt, requires the Tow "hooks" on every vehicle, So your car will have 2 I'm not sure they are both screw in but there will be 2 tow hooks. look close you will find a second...Regards

yes, there is also 1 behind the rear fascia. i want to know if there is another 1 behind front fascia driver side. so i can put two up front for towing
