where is the backup switch located on manual transmission?

my backup lights don't work.  I wanted to add a backup camera that runs of the backup light power.  The bulbs and fuses are ok.  It may be the backup switch or wireing.  Where is the backup switch located on a manual transmission 4.0 L truck?

This would be located on the top of the transmission. Consider having a mechanic diagnose and fix this for you as it can be a crappy job if you don't have access to a vehicle lift.

my s10 reverse lights dont work when i put it in reverse . the fuse keeps burning out . could it the reverse switch ? is it on the transmtion

all the other lights work but when i shift my pick up to reverse the fuse pops could it be the reverse switch ? and whare is it located ?
