When I put a good battery in  I turn the key
and get one click in the steering column and
nothing the radio goes out while I have it the
key turned

Sounds like a bad ignition switch , of course things should be tested before you replace them , a lock smith may be able t get it at a good price rather than the dealer

    I took all the plastics apart and noticed the ignition actuator is working. I replaced the ignition cylinder and the truck turns, but it won’t cut off.
