volkswagen toured has shimmy in steering wheel at 70mph

Have a new VW Toureg and it has a shimmy in the steering wheel when we
are cruising at around 70mph.  What could be the causes of this?

wheels need to be balanced.. also check tire air pressure

@Kapetan's answer is correct to a point. Most likely, it simply means that the tires should be rotated and the wheels balanced. (Tires should be rotated AT LEAST every 9k miles or 3rd oil change whichever comes first) and a tire shop (or the dealer in this case since the car is so new, should do this for you free of charge). actually if you check the tire pressure i bet you will find out oh and get a small fry from mcdonalds trust me those give me hard ons my girl farted in my mouth last night
