Kia sportage passenger side window does not work

It all started A couple of years ago when my
window went down it only went up about halfway. If
I give the car a little bit of a break I will maybe go
up later. Later turned to occasionally. Finally it
would go up if you physically gave it some help by
pulling the window while you hit the button.

Now it does not go up at all, and I only go down a
couple inches before turning off.

I see around the web a lot of people having
problems like this but very few real answers,
typically just a lot of people piling on with similar
issues. Has anyone found answer for this? Is it the
motor? Also to be clear, neither the drivers or
passengers switches will control will work better
than the other— leading me to believe its not a
switch.
