Question type: General

How can you rate a car a "great deal" when it has structural damage (Carfax). It
is a '16 Mercedes E350 at Apex Imports, N.C.The last 6 of the vin. #173270. I
think you better start doing your homework before you rate a car's value unless
you're strictly going by the price which doesn't help the consumer!
