I went to the dealership and they said it was a nation wide problem and at the time did not have a quick fix and wanted me to bring it in Thursday when there were more techs on duty and that will give them time to find a solution.

That's fine, I work for kia and I'm telling you the fix before they even get it.. take it or leave it. Have a great day

lxylem, i can not find the post but I know I read several different fixes one was pressing the reset button, one was removing card for a few minutes, one was disconnecting battery for a couple minutes, I know the tech at Kia who looked at my car for a minute removed some fuses for a couple minutes, (that didn't work at the time) on last one was a switch having something to do with the fuse box. Good Luck to you

Kia_master I am unable to find your post, I am new to this site and not sure since there were so many posts about the clock issue. Would you be so kind as to tell me how to get to your post

I was able to get mine back, all I had to do is push the reset button on the radio console with a pen and it reset and back to normal
