2016 Kia Rio Problem

I have a 2016 Kia Rio and I have been having this problem where I can start my
car once but after turning it off and trying to start it again it would take atleast 30
minutes for it to run again. I thought it was a battery problem so I got the battery
replaced about 2 weeks ago. But the problem is still there and I am not sure if
this could be a problem with the alternator or maybe even the starter?

Only when the car is hot or you can start, run 2 min and try to restart and fail ? If only when the car is hot it can be an electrical component that heat. After 30 min it can cool down and restart

It should be checked by a certified technician: Engine hard to Start when Hot, Check: Engine Control System Malfunction, Restricted Engine Air filter, Corroded NEG Battery connections, Engine emissions control system malfunction. Thanks
