the blower motor NO WORK: i replaced from dealer parts: blower motor,
resistor, fuse and relay, and conplete climate panel controls Still NO WORK
my friend said dealer programing by computer is true ?????
maybe some else, Please let me know

Your friend is wrong. Check the wiring at the blower speed control and the blower motor. You are looking for a burnt connection. Are you sure the correct relay was replaced?
